Every order is packed by hand at our workshop on Stoneybrook Road. We ship Tuesday through Friday via USPS Media Mail (domestic) or USPS First-Class International. Orders placed before 1pm Eastern usually leave the same week.
If a book arrives damaged or you simply change your mind within 30 days, write to clients@bjjahanianbook.com and we will arrange a return label and a full refund. Custom inscribed editions are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Academies and independent bookstores can request a wholesale price sheet by phone at 321-555-2864 or by email. Minimum first order is six copies; reorders have no minimum.
We collect sales tax in Florida only. Tax is calculated at checkout and itemized on every invoice.
